 +In order to provide government authorities requiring a name list of disembarking passengers (though ICAO Annex 9, Chapter 2, states that Contracting States shall not require the presentation of a Passenger Manifest), Members shall use for such purposes a standard Teletype Passenger Manifest (TPM) as described below.

 +1.1 DEFINITION The Teletype Passenger Manifest (TPM) provides a name list of disembarking passengers where required by governments. ​

 +1.2 TIME OF DISPATCH ​

 +1.2.1 The Teletype Passenger Manifest (TPM) is dispatched immediately after flight departure. ​
