 +In order to provide government authorities requiring a name list of disembarking passengers (though ICAO Annex 9, Chapter 2, states that Contracting States shall not require the presentation of a Passenger Manifest), Members shall use for such purposes a standard Teletype Passenger Manifest (TPM) as described below.

 +1.1 DEFINITION The Teletype Passenger Manifest (TPM) provides a name list of disembarking passengers where required by governments.

 +1.2 TIME OF DISPATCH

 +1.2.1 The Teletype Passenger Manifest (TPM) is dispatched immediately after flight departure. 
 +
 +1.2.2 Diagram of TPM Transmission Rules For a flight with itinerary A-B-C-D, the following TPMs would be dispatched, including the indicated passengers for the indicated segments.
